NAET stands for Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique. Devi Nambudripad devised this method for eliminating allergies due to her own ill health from extensive allergies she suffered from as a child. NAET has a unique history, as it was developed for humans prior to being used for animals. Only veterinarians and animal health technicians may learn the technique for animals. Nan has an Animal Health Technician Degree from Maple Woods Community College and has been a NAET practitioner since 1997, having treated many animals in the Kansas City, Lawrence and Topeka areas. NAET is a simple technique involving the substance the animal is allergic to, stimulation of a meridian on the surrogate (human) for the animal, and a certain amount of minutes for it to take effect. Fees are $50 for the first diagnostic visit, then $35 thereafter.
